Postpartum Doula Services | $90 for 3 hours

Mama’s deserve to be loved on, fed, rested, and have time to care for themselves as much as their baby does. 

 

Postpartum support includes providing families information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. We also help with light housework, fix a meal, and help incorporate an older child into this new experience.

 

We have a 3-hour minimum for postpartum support,  but you can add on additional time at a discount of $25 an hour.
